Anaesthetic

Treatment is performed as a rule in conjunction with ’spinal anesthesia’, whereby the lower half of the body is anesthetised. This form of anesthetic is less invasive than a general anesthetic. The patient normally also receives a sedative and sleeps for the duration of the treatment.
